Do you know individuals in the Marin County area who might need a good, professional pet sitter some time?  Offering a finder's fee is my way of thanking you for referring new clients to me.   

Finder's Fee - How Much is Paid

I pay anywhere from $10 to $150 for each client you refer who uses my services.  The amount of the finder's fee is based on:

• Number of Referred Clients.  With the 3rd new paying client, the finder's fee goes up.

• Number of Visits or Boarding Days Used.  The new client must schedule, and pay for, at least two visits or boarding days.  For the first two new clients you refer, you get paid for each visit or day up to a maximum of 6 visits/days scheduled and paid for by the client.  Starting with the 3rd new client, you get paid up to a maximum of 10 visits or days used.  If the client does not schedule a full 6 or 10 days the first time they schedule with me, any remaining visits or days up to the maximum will "carry over" to subsequent schedulings by that client, whenever that occurs.

• Pet Sitting Service Used.  Pet visits and dog walks have a finder's fee of $5 per visit or walk for each of the first two clients you refer.  Starting with your third client, the fee goes up to $8 per visit/walk per client.  For cat boarding, the finder's fee is $6 per boarding day for your first two clients, and $8 per boarding day for each additional client.  For dog boarding, the finder's fee is $10 and $12 per boarding day, respectively.  If the client boards two dogs, the finder's fee is $12 per boarding day for the first two referrals, and $15 per boarding day for subsequent referrals.

Requirements

Please refer potential clients to me who reside in my service areas.

The only other requirements:

• The new client needs to be someone who has never used my services previously
• They need to schedule and have at least two paid visits with me  

Who Can Receive Finder's Fees

Finder's fees can by received by, or for:

• Individuals
• Charities
• Organizations
• Fundraisers
• Special events or activities

You do not need to be my client to receive a finder's fee.  Also, you can designate another individual or organization to receive your finder's fee.  This can be a nice way to raise extra money for some worthwhile cause or activity. 

How to Collect Your Finder's Fee

Simply contact me with the name of the person you have referred to me, or have them mention your name when they speak with me.  Please provide, or have them provide, the following recipient information:

• Name of the person or organization
• Address
• Phone number or e-mail address (for confirmation of the correct recipient and location)
